We are looking for an HR Executive to manage human resource operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations at the plant. The role involves supporting manpower planning, managing attendance and payroll data, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth administrative and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will help maintain effective HR processes, compliance with labour laws, and a positive workplace environment to support organizational growth.
Ultimately, you will ensure efficient HR operations, proper employee management, and strong coordination between management and workforce.
Requirements
- Support manpower planning and recruitment activities
- Manage employee joining, records, and personnel files
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and payroll data
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, safety)
- Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, and dashboards
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare activities
- Support administration, security, housekeeping, and facility management
