Refinery Supervisor

Job brief

We are looking for a Refining Supervisor to oversee refining operations and ensure production of lead and lead alloys as per defined specifications. The role involves supervising refining processes, monitoring production output, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with operators and workers to maintain process efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Ultimately, you will help ensure consistent production, proper process control, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Requirements

• Supervise refining operations as per production plan
• Monitor temperature, elements addition, and refining process
• Ensure lead alloy quality meets required specifications
• Manage workforce and monitor team productivity
• Maintain daily production records and reports
• Ensure PPE compliance, safety rules, and 5S standards
• Coordinate material flow and finished goods dispatch
