Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Head – Import to manage and oversee the procurement of imported raw materials and supplier networks for the organization.

The role involves planning, sourcing, supplier development, and procurement management of materials such as used batteries, RML, cables, and other lead-related products in alignment with the company’s business plan.

Ultimately, you will ensure efficient import operations, reliable supplier partnerships, and uninterrupted raw material supply to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in import procurement and international sourcing
• Strong knowledge of metal scrap or related raw material markets
• Ability to manage large volume procurement and supplier relationships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good planning and coordination abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including finance and operations
